Over 40+ years of experience as an entrepreneur and executive manager. Currently a Strategic Advisor/Board Member for 3 Software Companies. Co-founded Gartland and Mellina Group, a management consulting firm in 2009. Grew the company to a $25 Million Global Organization with offices in New York/New Jersey, Baltimore, Chicago, Toronto and London. Sold the firm in May of 2019 to an international consulting company for 1xRevenue.

Al has just been appointed to be a strategic advisor to GAVS and will be providing support to the CEO and his management staff.

GAVS Technologies, a global company with headquarters in Princeton, New Jersey offers products and services including: Managed Services, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Predictive Analytics, Testing, and Cyber Security. They have been very successful within the Healthcare Business Sector. Their goal now is to expand their position within the Financial Services Sector. To do this, the CEO of GAVS is launching a new division focused on this sector.

Ms. Mellina has over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur and corporate executive driving business growth in the high-end Architectural Manufacturing and Fortune 1000 Industries.

Mena has designed and implemented Procurement and Operational Programs, all of which led to a reduction of costs, a gain in efficiency, and an enhancement of profits.

As a senior executive for a manufacturing company close to insolvency, she restructured the operational management, created a strong marketing plan and formulated a financial program which resulted in a turnaround that brought the firm back to profitability.
